Pricing
for Travel Accounting Support

Specialist accounting for UK travel businesses
Ongoing compliance, not off-the-shelf packages.

How our pricing works

We do not sell fixed “packages” based on turnover bands or generic service lists. Travel businesses vary significantly in:

  • VAT treatment (principal vs agent, TOMS, mixed supplies)

  • Booking models and supplier structures

  • Regulatory exposure (including ATOL-related accounting)

  • Volume of transactions and complexity of reporting

Because of this, pricing must reflect risk, scope and structure, not just size. All engagements are:

  • Ongoing (not one-off filings)

  • Fixed-price, agreed upfront

  • Defined in scope, so you know exactly what is included

  • Reviewed as your business evolves, not arbitrarily increased

This gives you cost certainty and technical accuracy.

Our work is based on a structured accounting system and ongoing engagement. This is not suitable for businesses looking to manage VAT internally or operate parallel tracking systems alongside the accounting software.

What our engagement typically includes

Every ongoing engagement is tailored, but commonly covers:

  • Bookkeeping structured for travel-sector accounting
  • VAT compliance (including TOMS where applicable)
  • Corporation tax and statutory accounts
  • Director Self Assessment where relevant
  • Payroll processing and PAYE compliance
  • Companies House filings, including confirmation statements
  • Regulatory-aware reporting and record keeping
  • Ongoing advisory support aligned with how your business operates

All engagements are built on correctly structured bookkeeping for travel businesses, as this determines VAT, tax and reporting outcomes. Services are integrated — not bolted on — so figures remain consistent across bookkeeping, VAT, tax and reporting.

About “unlimited support”

Unlimited support means you can contact us during business hours without worrying about additional charges within the agreed scope.

It does not mean:

  • Daily admin assistance

  • HR or operational work

  • Tasks unrelated to accounting or compliance

The intent is professional access and clear guidance when you need it — not ongoing administrative task handling. This keeps support responsive, focused and sustainable for both sides.

What we do not offer

To be explicit:

  • No one-off filings

  • No “just VAT” or “just accounts” engagements

  • No non-travel businesses

  • No reactive clean-ups without ongoing support

This protects both your compliance position and our ability to stand behind the work.

How pricing is determined

Pricing is determined by the structure and complexity of your business, including:

  • How your business actually operates
  • Your VAT and regulatory position
  • Transaction volume and reporting needs
  • Where risk sits — now and as you grow

Pricing reflects TOMS VAT and principal vs agent treatment, including margin-based VAT and compliance obligations. For more on why this differs from typical package pricing, see our accountancy fees explainer. A fixed monthly fee is set accordingly, with scope defined in advance. No surprise charges. No silent exclusions.

Our minimum monthly fee is £225 plus VAT. Most engagements fall between £225 and £450 plus VAT per month depending on complexity, transaction volume and regulatory exposure.

Next step

If you’re looking for:

  • Technically correct accounting

  • Ongoing support that scales with your business
